We know shopper marketing. (Note: it’s not bragging if it’s true.) So it was no surprise when we were tasked with redesigning the shopper journey for FedEx Office stores. As part of a pilot program, we developed in-store space plans and POS campaign materials for a 5-star FedEx Office. The result: a more intuitive shopping experience that championed HP printing solutions.
